Open format 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with modern amenities (high speed internet, EV charger, and dedicated office space). The Blue Ozark has a single story and is great for families on vacation or small groups ready to shred the OZ trails of NWA. The main bedroom has a TV, king bed, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin XL beds.

House Rules

Each guest over 18 is required to sign the required Formal Rental Acknowledgement within 36 hours after booking. 3 Vehicles maximum, street parking is illegal at rental houses. Guests that check-in on or before Thursday are required to take the trash cans out on Thursday. Guests that have a reservation that begins or continues on Friday are required to return the trash cans to the garage at any time after pickup on Friday. No smoking policy is applicable to all indoor areas including the garage. Travel trailers of any type are not permitted due to local regulations. If you are traveling with a trailer do not load, unload, or park it at the house even just for a few minutes. Amazon occasionally does in- garage deliveries at this location where they open the garage using MyQ. Internet and other technologies are generally reliable but due to the nature of an outside provider we can not guarantee that they will work 100% of the time. We have the most reliable Internet provider available and generally experience outages of an hour or so approximately once a month.

Quiet cul-de-sac located 5 mins (driving) or 15 minutes (walking) to Blowing Springs park. One minute riding to the Back 40 trail. About 10 minutes drive to downtown Bentonville, Slaughter Pen Trails, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Little Sugar trail network, Hand Cut Hollow trails, and more.

Great house for our family during! It was our first time to that area and we fell in love with Bentonville and Bella Vista! Mountain biking literally out your front door! Clean house and great to have the garage and bike storage! Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Vincent’s home was very clean and had wonderful amenities! The location was fantastic especially since my husband is an avid cyclist. Vincent is a great host with super clear instructions on everything we needed!
